These are those little phrases which you find under your user-name on the left. They'll keep on changing as and when your posts increase. As of now, the basic ranks will be :-

0-24 = PLEASE READ THE RULES
25-99 = Amateur Poster
100-249 = I get good marks!
250-499 = I'm Numero Uno!
500-999 = I have an extraordinary IQ!
1000-2499 = TLF LEGEND!
2500-5000 = TLF GOD! Worship me!
5000+ = 'The One'

Admins and mods have their custom ranks.

The lack of innovation is seemingly visible. Mail me if you got ideas,

Points can be given by administrators, for the time being; although it is subject to change when there are more members.

+1 = For every 50 posts you make here.
+1 = For a good post you make.
+1 = For each referral you get.

-1 = For each rule violation.

More will be added as time comes.

NOTE-
For the 50 posts point, you need to make a post here and inform that you do have the 50.
For the referral, the new member has to post here and inform that who referred this site to him.

Common sense is the guiding principle behind this forum, if you think something you are typing is going to be rude, upsetting, racist, imflammatory, destructive, offensive, etc. then DON'T post it.

We, the Staff, have assimilated a set of rules that we want you all to make sure you follow and understand BEFORE you start posting. Please take note that ignorance of these rules will NOT be tolerated. We have these here to keep order and so we can all have fun and get along.

General Rules
1. Act your age
We are all at least 13, so you can act it too. If you are unsure if what you are about to post is acceptable, then don't post it. If you post something that YOU think is apropriate but someone reports it, then we will remove it.

2. Do not swear in your posts.
Our filters are here for a reason. We do not want to see any form of profanity here at all. Users who constantly swear will be banned.

3. Post-a-thons are not allowed, they will be deleted.
A Post-a-thon is a thread that has absolutely no purpose except to raise your post count. This includes threads like "3 word story", "rate the avatar/sig above you", and others. You're free to start discussions about making avatars and writing stories, but zero-content threads are frowned upon.
These threads are only permitted in the Posting Games forum.

4. Do not spam.
Before you post ask yourself "Is my post contributing to the converstaion or thread in any way?" If they answer is NO, then do not post. Only post when you have something to say.

Posting to increase your post count will get you a ban, and we will reduce your post count by ONE HALF, regardless of who you are, or how many posts you have. In extreme cases, spammers are permabanned.

5. Posting links in every topic is irritating to other users.
You can discuss your opinions on other websites here maturely, but do not post links in every post you make. We're here to talk and chat, not to look at other websites. You should also NOT advertise in your posts. If you have a website, that's great! You can advertise in your avatar, signature, and profile.

6. No personal attacks on other users.
You are here because you are a mature individual. Do not flame and troll users. This includes purposely posting in other forums with the intent to cause trouble and irritate others. You will be banned if you do so.

7. Do not bump topics.
"Bumping" is defined as posting in a thread that is no longer active. If you have something that really is worthwhile and contributes to the thread then by all means post! If you're posting just to say "lol that wuz kool" in a 1 year old thread, then you're going to get yourself into trouble.

8. No Advertising.
If you have a website, that's fine. You can put a link in your signature, and also your profile. Do not start new threads or posts advertising your website. Repeat offenders will be banned.

9. One username/account per person.
Each person may have only one account. If you lose your password use the forgot password link to create a new password. Anyone who is found to have multiple accounts may have all accounts banned.

The forum is for constructive comments for the school. If you wish to talk about other topics, please do so in the forum designated for your interests. (Music, General Chat, Television, Jokes, etc)

Signature Rules
You're allowed a 500x200 pixel signature or a blobk of text that is not more than 255 characters. Violators will face action.

Avatar Rules
You're allowed and 180x180 pixel avatar, witha a size not exceeding 12 kb.
Avatars follow the same rules as the forum, and if someone finds your avatar offensive, we will remove it. Users that have their avatar removed constantly will lose their privileges.

In closing...
Anyone found abusing these guidelines (or common sense & good manners) will find their posts or threads containing them deleted and will be banned.

If everyone is polite and courteous we can all enjoy this forum. We don't want to have to put up rules, as we are all old enough to get along nicely.

All in all this forum is somewhere for people to meet and get to know more about each other and enjoying themselves.
